Moving is stressful. Transferring your Goliath Power Solar Service doesn’t need to be. In fact, Goliath Power has a dedicated team of Service Transfer Coordinators whose entire job is to help you smoothly and painlessly transfer your Goliath Power Service to the new homeowner.

The Service Transfer Team will work with you, your real estate agent, and the new homeowner to explain the benefits of the system and coordinate the transfer of the agreement.
Transferring Your Solar Lease Can be Done by Following These 4 steps:
1. The seller and the buyer need to electronically sign the “Goliath Power Solar Lease Assignment Agreement”
2. The buyer must meet our minimum credit requirements (currently min FICO of 680) if the agreement is not prepaid. They will need to request a secure link to authorize Goliath Power's Credit Department to perform a credit check.
3. There is a one time transfer fee of $375 to cover underwriting costs and filing/recording fees associated with the transfer.
4. Once the home’s escrow has closed, send us proof of title transfer. This can include a settlement statement, closing disclosure, or recorded grant deed.
